Help with your wedding insurance
Wedding insurance is required when booking Village Point, but you're free to choose your provider. Purchase an eligible Wedinsure policy through our dedicated link and we'll reimburse the premium, up to £60.

Wedding insurance reimbursement terms
ELIGIBILITY
Wedding insurance is required when booking Village Point, but customers may choose their own insurance provider.
To qualify for the reimbursement offer, you must have a confirmed wedding booking with Village Point and purchase an eligible Wedinsure policy directly from Wedinsure through Village Point's dedicated referral link.
REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT
Village Point will reimburse the eligible policy premium actually paid, up to a maximum of £60.
Where the premium is below £60, reimbursement is limited to the amount paid.
Only one reimbursement is available per confirmed wedding booking.
HOW TO CLAIM
Send Village Point your Wedinsure purchase confirmation and sufficient information to identify your wedding booking.
Village Point will verify the qualifying purchase before arranging reimbursement.
WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE
Reimbursement is arranged following successful verification of the purchase and eligibility.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancelled policies, or policies for which the premium has been refunded, are not eligible for reimbursement.
If a policy is cancelled or refunded after reimbursement has been made, repayment arrangements are subject to Village Point's final reimbursement policy.
INSURANCE AND ADVICE
Insurance is purchased directly from Wedinsure, which handles policy sales, administration and insurance-related enquiries.
Village Point acts solely as an introducer and does not provide insurance advice or recommendations about policy suitability. Customers should consider their own requirements before purchasing.

We can host up to 260 guests. The Ballroom accommodates up to 160, and The Lodge up to 100.
Yes. The minimum bar spend is £2,000 on Fridays and Saturdays, and £1,600 on all other days.
Absolutely. Many couples do, and love the intimate setting The Lodge provides for ceremonies.
Village Point is a full-service venue, meaning our expert culinary team provides all food and beverage services in-house.
Our Events Dressing Team provides bespoke décor options in-house and will be happy to talk you through the options.
